Love this app!!! Who doesnt have time for a 7 minute workout!? I appreciate the 15-second rest period between exercises and the preview for whats coming up, as well as the helpful half-way there! encouragement.. And tracking my workouts gives me that extra post to squeeze it in daily! A great mix of cardio and strength training that can be done anywhere at any time. And on top of that, a seamless, fully-functional, aesthetically pleasing app.. 5 stars! :D
The app is free and the workouts are not that hard and its great
Great app for working out. The intervals are perfect. The adds are terrible though. Theyre so long and are very frequent.
Wow was the a great 7 minutes! Im hoping this is the jumpstart I need after having a baby. Thank in advance!

Its just that simple! No brainier but worked me out well! Where has this been all my life!?

Some bad moments

A window pops up throughout the exercice - you cant see which moe youre supposed to do because of that "resume/pause" window that you cant make go!!!
You habe to change between landscape and portrait with your iPad. keep turning :-( Besides it offers just 5 exercises, almost all including jumps. By the was: its in English.
The app has to talk! Say the exercise to do, what is next, incite mid-way, talk to do the countdown, u cant watch the phone all the time to see what u have to do!
Time zone off in settings ...doesnt work everyday something is not right ! Workouts are great but it is easier to do it manually ! So the motivation factor is off!
I love this app its great! It makes me sweat every time! Its amazing I totally would get it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great workout! Gets your heartbeat up and works most womens trouble spots in a very short amount of time. Anyone can does this...even if it needs to be modified at first!
