Love this app!!! Who doesnt have time for a 7 minute workout!? I appreciate the 15-second rest period between exercises and the preview for whats coming up, as well as the helpful half-way there! encouragement.. And tracking my workouts gives me that extra post to squeeze it in daily! A great mix of cardio and strength training that can be done anywhere at any time. And on top of that, a seamless, fully-functional, aesthetically pleasing app.. 5 stars! :D
