Its a great workout I like it better then 7 seven app because its geared for women.
The app is nice, simple and well done. However is really hard to follow without audio suggestions :(

You habe to change between landscape and portrait with your iPad. keep turning :-( Besides it offers just 5 exercises, almost all including jumps. By the was: its in English.
I really like this 7min workout. I downloaded the J&J one too, but this one previews the upcoming exercise during your rest period (and announces it), so youre ready for the first move. Good videos on how-to as well. Works great w/ Bluetooth headphones, in a gym.
I am trying to get really fit for the summer and this is a great to start and end my day. It keeps me motivated!

Easy to follow and achievable, I like adding this on to my morning walk or run. Good, efficient whole-body exercise.
When I first downloaded it, it kept on crashing on me but when I rebooked my phone, it worked. Once it worked I did the workout and love it. Very good working for 7 min.

Im giving this app all stars because its a grate exercise I do 2 of the seven minuet a day. Decently buy this app, since the app is free. Great app hop you enjoy as much as I did

Pretty good app to far. Super short but enough to get you moving and get the blood flowing. My 8month old watches me and tries to climb on me during the superman and plank. Its hilarious and gets him involved. Do the exercises change at some point? Or are they always the same ones?
This is a good work out. You can make it as challenging as you want it to be. It would just be nice if you got more than one workout. The body has muscle memory and if you do the same thing for too long you start to get less benefit from it.
