Butt kicker

After letting myself go after baby 4, I need to get back in shape. I did this for the first time today and it was tough! Honestly I wasnt even able to do it all.

Good workout

Ive only been using this app for about 1 week and I like it. It gets my heart pumping and some of the moves are challenging. I can understand how doing the same exercises every day can be boring, but I havent felt that way (at least not yet). Great app for on the go people & will recommend to my friends.

Awesome morning workout

Easy instructions and powerful workouts. The movements & timings are well-done so you wont be racing through and accidentally hurt yourself, yet they still work effectively. And these are mostly body-weight exercises so they are great for all ability levels.

Amazing!!

I have always had a problem with my weight and getting motivated to do workout routines. This will get me on track to doing a short workout routine everyday but will really help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Super helpful for a busy girl with many goals!

I LOVE THIS APP!!! Its a quick but very powerful workout that will have you sweating in 7 minutes! I do it right before my morning shower and Im ready for the day! Love how it can track my weight and has anything from beginner to advanced exercises!

Great work out. Easy to use. Makes it great cause you dont have to plan out your workouts. It is already done for you.

How much calories lost??

This app is great but i just want to know how many calories you lose one you finish with the workout because i have a book and need to note down the calories i lost!!!

I just got this app and I love it! Workouts are easy but I was sweating hard! Others should definitely try it!

No warning or shuffling

The concept of this app is stellar; alas, the output of it is elementary. I adore that my Spotify plays underneath it and the pace of the metronome in the app adjusts to the pace of the music Ive selected. This is cool. What is NOT cool is that: A) you are given the "Next" upon the 3-second countdown to it instead of at the end of the previous so you can get into position. It wastes time. B) there doesnt seem to be a way to "Shuffle" the order of the exercises. Why download an app to simply maintain more workout monotony?

Great program

If you dont normally work out or if you do try this app for a challenge. It pushes you to keep going and only to work for a reasonable time of 7 mins along with 15 seconds of break in between giving you a chance to breathe. This was my first time trying this workout and I am very pleased with it.

This app!!!

I love this!! It is great for limited time to workout!! It also has tutorials on each of the moves so you arent left in the dark about what youre supposed to be doing!! Awesome, awesome!!

Intense little workout!

Ive done the traditional 7 minute workout on and off for a couple years, but this Ap takes that to a higher cardio level. Love it. Ill definitely continue to do this one and mix it up w my original one as well. A nice sweat in only 7 minutes.

So many ways it needs to improve

"Seven" workout app is 10x better than this app! The start and finish sounds of this app should be loud. It should turn down my music when the app is making a sound. The sounds of this app are quieter than my music. I have to watch the screen because I cant hear the app over my music. There should be workout choices and exercise choices.

This workout program is superior! Ive tried others and love this one dearly. The instructions are valuable. It is designed for female body. Love it!
