Great workout! Gets your heartbeat up and works most womens trouble spots in a very short amount of time. Anyone can does this...even if it needs to be modified at first!

Quick and Effective

In just 7 minutes my heart rate is up and Im breaking a great sweat. Also, I can do this anywhere because it doesnt require equipment! Love it!

I just tried this and I can say this really does work! I can feel the burn, no need for a pricy gym membership. This is perfect if youre in a time crunch and youre still looking to stay fit. Cant say its easy but it is quick. Im so excited to add this to my current fitness routine.

Out of shape mommy

I just used the app for the first time, pretty intense workout and it was over in no time. I was able to do it while my 2 year old watched a cartoon. I plan to work up to doing 2-3 times daily, but this is a great start!

this app is for us people who are serious about our workouts and toning and stretching. It starts at a beginner and as you progress it gets harder. Recommending this app to everyone!

Quick & Easy!

Everybody has seven minutes to spare, even this busy mom. I love the app because I can do workouts anywhere with no equipment and little time and theres instructional videos that show me how to do the moves.

This workout was fun and seemed "short", so I didnt again. My muscles felt really good afterwards. Ive downloaded a few other "7 minute..." and so far have tried only one; I love that one too :)

Great workout

Love this. Gets my heart rate up and works my whole body. I hate to exercise so this is perfect for me. I get in a good sweat, yes in 7 minutes I sweat! and then go on w my day. Love it.
